Pink is one hell of a pop artist! Unlike some of todays biggest female acts… She actually worked her ass off for her success without cliché gimmicks, auto-tune, or ridiculous costumes to garner fame. She actually has raw, natural talent and slowly built a loyal following by proving herself as a true artist time and time again. That’s why I was so proud of her when I read in Billboard that she recently broke a new record with her Funhouse Tour by surpassing the 3 million tickets sold mark! Pink is now packing stadiums globally and has solidified herself as one of the greatest live performers of out generation! Check out this amazing clip that recently surfaced of the “So What” singer pulling a fan up on stage and giving her a moment to be a rock-star! LOVE HER!!!
Pink has just releases this adorable/hilarious alternate video for her single “Please Don’t Leave Me“. Her hubby Carey Hart co-stars in the silent film inspired video as “Carey Big-Hart“. Not sure why the couple decided to make this new video for the song but the story is really cute and heart-warming! I LOVE HOW IN LOVE THEY ARE!!!
I knew I was a HUGE fan of Pink’s for a good reason… She has EXCELLENT TASTE in music. Check out what she tweeted about Christina Aguilera recently;

Pink has a very close call with death today when she performed her jaw-dropping air acrobatics on her Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour in Germany today. During her final number in which she spends a majority of song flying over the audience, her harness malfunctioned causing her to be drug off-stage into a steel barrier! OUCH!! According to her tweets after the incident, she managed to escape the accident without any physical damage but did suffer a bruised ego…
“To all my nurnberg fans- I am so so so sorry to end the show that way.I am embarassed and very sorry. I’m in ambulance now but I will b fine. didn’t get clipped in2 harness correctly,drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade. Getting xrays.I hope it at least looked cool!!! Ok all my lovers out there- nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore. I made that barricade my b*tch!!!! Thanx nurnberg:(”
Her husband Carey Hart later took to his own Twitter to let fans know that she was alright:
“Fyi @pink is out of the hospital and all good. Just got the sh*t kicked out of her by the barrier. Steel barrier-1 Pink-0″

Glad to hear that she is OK and has a sense of humor about it… An I hope whoever didn’t clip her into her harness correctly is fired!!!
UPDATE: Here’s footage of the accident. It wasn’t as bad as I imagined it but yeah… She’s luck she didn’t get seriously hurt! And her poor dancer who got flung off stage!!!
This woman is AMAZING!!! Check out Pink’s death-defying air acrobatics during her performance of “So What” at the 2010 Isle of Wight festival in England. To be able to carry a tune while being flung around in the air like this is beyond amazing to me!
My other half is watching the Glee finale as I’m blogging and… Oh wait… If you haven’t seen it already, SPOILER ALERT!! Stop reading!!!
Anywho, the “Bohemian Rhapsody” scene just ended which got me to thinking about my favorite cover of the Queen classic that I recently discovered… Pop-rocker Pink performed an amazing rendition of the song on her recent Fun House Tour which I thought was one of the highlights of the entire concert!! If you’ve never seen it before, I highly suggest you take a moment to watch this!
I really can’t stand Eminem… He went from your typical anti-gay hip hop artist to being the “I do duets with Elton John so the gay rights activists will get off my back” guy. I just don’t buy it b you can’t deny that he’s talented. Check out this new track called “Won’t Back Down” from his new album that features a cameo by Pink. (Which is the real reason I posted this)

My prayers have been answered!!! Ever since I first heard Adam Lambert’s track “Whataya Want From Me” that was written by Pink, I’ve always wanted to hear a demo with Pink singing the vocals. I’ve searched and searched the Internet but came up empty handed until today… Check out Pink on her Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour doing a live cover of the song. (Is it really considered a “cover” if she wrote it??)
