Check out Adam Lambert’s live, acoustic performance of latest single “Whataya Want From Me” on Nova. I’ve been hearing this one on the radio lately and gotta admit that I’m a big fan of this song! (Probably because Pink wrote it) WAY better than his first single “For Your Entertainment“.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SONG & REMIX!!! Pink’s “I Don’t Believe You” has received a beautiful Bimbo Jones remix treatment! So far, I’ve only been able to get ahold of this radio edit but I’m hoping & praying the label releases a full club mix that I can play in my sets!

PS… I related Pink music news. Her album Funhouse is on the rise again on the Billboard charts after her much talked about Grammy’s performance! How cool is thta?
Pink’s husband, Carey Hart, gave paparazzi his “best side” in Malibu this weekend. No one can make being a bad-ass look quite as good as Carey! Pink is one lucky lady!
WHAT?!!! Pink was on Oprah and I missed it?!! Thank God for the Internet! Check out her beautiful acoustic performance of “I Don’t Believe You” on the The Oprah Show.
One of the most talked about performances of last nights Grammy’s (and my personal favorite) came from Pink. She performed “Glitter in the Air” in a very revealing, futuristic skin-suit and sang a mojority of the song in the air as she performed some amazing aerial acrobatics after being drenched in water! She has performed this number many times before on her Funhouse Tour but last night, Pink feared that she might give audience members more than they bargained for by falling to her denise…
“When I do it on tour, I don’t have lights above me. There were lights above me, so it almost went into a strobe thing, and I actually did get a little turned around.
“I thought… I was going to fall on my nude butt. But I worked it out.”
Yes you did and we’re all very happy you didn’t “fall on your nude butt”!!!
Pink is my pick for artist of the year, song of the decade, album of the millennium!!! I’m more “gaga” for her as an artist above all others that were nominated tonight at the Grammy’s. This performance proves exactly why I think she’s more “fierce” than that Sasha girl or anyone else for that matter. BEST PERFORMANCE OF THE NIGHT! Check it out…
If you’re an avid reader of my blog, then you’ve seen this video that I posted (above) before. It’s an old episode of Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie’s television show The Simple Life: Interns were the girls payed a visit to the Sebert family in Tennessee 5 years ago. Little did they know that the teenage daughter, Kesha Sebert, that they appeared along side of on the show would up being the huge pop sensation known as Ke$ha in 2010.
According to the “TiK ToK” singer, her mother, Pebe, was the driving force behind her family appearing on the show after she responded to an ad in the local paper seeking “eccentric families”.
“My family is literally the most eccentric family in Tennessee. It was retarded… Stupid, really stupid.”
Ke$ha has said of the Simple Life stint that has suddenly found its second wind on YouTube. But what a lot of people don’t know from watching the episode is that the then mischievous Nicole Richie almost sabotaged Ke$ha’s career as an aspiring musician. Even back then, Kesha Serbert was already writing songs and shopping them around to labels to try to score a record deal. One of her demo’s made its way into the hands of Swedish songwriter/producer, Dr. Luke, who is the man behind such hits as; Kelly Clarkson’s “Since U Been Gone,”Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” and Pink’s “Who Knew.” Dr. Luke was so impressed by Ke$ha’s talent that he personally called the Seberts‘ house to speak to the young singer/songwriter… An aspiring artist’s dream phone call, right?! The only problem was that he called at the absolute worst time possible and Nicole Richie answered the phone…
“She hung up on him,” Ke$ha recalls. “She said ‘Oh, it was just some guy’. Thank God he called back. She could have ruined everything, that bitch! Luckily she didn’t.”
Luke saw something very special in Ke$ha. He flew her to New York and Los Angeles for recording sessions, grooming her for stardom. During this period, Ke$ha wrote more than 200 songs. Some of which ended up being recorded by other major artists. (“This Love” became a hit for the Veronicas. “Time of Our Lives“, was recorded by Miley Cyrus for her latest album…)
Ke$ha was later indirectly reconnected with Paris Hilton when she recorded backing vocals for the heiress’s single “Nothing in This World.” And there was another random incident between the two when Ke$ha recalls, “I puked in Paris’s closet“. Sounds like a very interesting story that I’m hoping she’ll elaborate on one of these days. LOL!!
So… Now that Ke$ha has found her own “celebrity” in the Hollywood, is she in contact with Paris or Nicole??? This was her reply;
Check out the newly released video for Adam Lambert’s latest single “Whaddya Want From Me.” The song, that was written by Pink and Max Martin, has completely grown on me and is officially my favorite Adam Lambert track that doesn’t make me completely want to cringe. Dare I say that Adam even looks pretty decent in the parts of the without all the makeup caked on and the product in his hair. Check it out…
Many of you who have already caught Pink on her Funhouse Tour were lucky enough to catch her do some incredible trapeze numbers while she belted out her hits. Unfortunately, for the rest of us… We’ll only be able to see the trapeze act if we purchase the tour DVD since Pink will no longer be performing them due to that fact that they have become too damn painful for her. Pink recently explained her decision to cut the trapeze numbers to Woman’s Health magazine;
“It took everything in me to get through those shows… I was in so much pain… It was the first time I ever took a pain pill onstage.”
“I wanted to do the trapeze routine so badly, but I just couldn’t. I know my body.”
“The last thing I want is for two, five, 10 years from now, not to be able to pick up my child because I was stubborn.”
Pop-rocker, Pink, will grace the cover of Woman’s Health magazine in January 2010! I say that’s a pretty good way for the magazine to start off the year! (Sorry for the low quality pic but it’s the only one I could find floating around)
