Check out this rock remix of Madonna’s recent single, “Celebration“. I can totally see strumming on her guitar, doing this rocked out arrangement in her next tour.

We’ve all seen the artwork for Madonna’s latest greatest hits album, “Celebration“. The iconic cover was the design of world renown pop-artist, Mr. Brainwash. As a matter of fact, his ingenious Madonna themed artwork has transcended from merely an album cover on record store shelves to a piece of art that has popped up on city streets all across the world. Check out this short but sweet interview with Mr. Brainwash where he describes the creative processes that went behind the making of the artwork…
The biggest hit maker of ‘09, David Guetta, has just confirmed that he is in fact working on a new project with Madonna! Guetta has already remixed Madge’s 2 singles off of her greatest hits package (“Revolver” & “Celebration“) so it seems like a natural progression for him to work on some new material with the pop-icon. The details about the project are still under-wraps but here’s what David revealed about the collaboration;
“I would love to work with Madonna. It will probably happen very soon actually. It’s all in the early stages and I’m not allowed to speak about it yet,”
I’m hoping he can create the same kind of magic with Madonna that he did with The Black Eyed Peas (“I Gotta Feelin“), Kelly Rowland (“When Love Takes Over“) & Akon (“Sexy Bitch“) I’ll keep you guys posted because you know I’ll be all over this one…

Britain’s Got Talent break-out star, Susan Boyle, won’t release her debut album I Dreamed a Dream until November 23rd and it has already broken a record. Amazon is reporting the Susan’s album has broken the record for most pre-sale albums sold from any artist in the company’s history! Wow… What an amazing accomplishment for someone who didn’t even win the talent-competition based reality show. Congrats to Susan!!! Check out this cover of Madonna’s “You’ll See” that’ll be featured on Susan’s record breaking album…

By the way… If you want put your own face on Madonna’s “Celebration” album cover, you can “Celebrate Yourself” HERE!!
Check out this amazing fan-made montage music video made to Madonna’s current single “Celebration“. It’s basically a walk down memory lane throughout M’s extensive career… And what a career it has been! Everyone seems to be “gaga” for Lady Gaga these days that they forget that Madonna pretty much paved the way for the eccentric pop star to pull all of her publicity stunts in the sake of “shock-value”. Madonna pretty much wrote the book on shock-value and pushing the envelope in pop music so Kermit outfits and fake blood on the VMA’s don’t even phase me. Watch this nostalgic look back at the many phases of Madonna… We’ll have many more to look forward to, I’m sure!
Madonna’s been keepin’ a little hidden treasure to release just at the right time… And I guess that time would be tonight! Check out this Akon remix of her current single “Celebration“. I actually LOVE the additional vocals that Akon added to the song… He breathed fresh, new life into this fun and uplifting song while staying true to the “feel” of the original version.
UPDATE: Turns out David Guetta produced this remix!

Here’s a little Madonna bonus track called “It’s So Cool” off of her upcoming greatest hits package. While I think it’s a good song… It’s far less superior to “Celebration” and “Revolver“. Still a good listen and a nice rarity for the die-hard fanatics.

Here is the second version of Madonna’s latest single “Celebration“. This is the fan version that features Madonna fanatics that they found in Milan lip synching and dancing to the song. This video is a hot mess… I hate it!!! From the moment it started I was cringing and the I didn’t stop till the very end. OK, Madonna… We know you love your gays and they make up a good majority of your fan-base, but did you really have to only choose the most flamboyant mo’s & drag queens to represent your fans? I mean, come one… Some of these guys couldn’t even make it into a drag competition at your local dive gay bar let alone a Madonna video.
There are some highlights towards the end of the clip, however. Her daughter Lourdes makes a very cute cameo in a wedding dress as Madonna from her “Like a Virgin” era. One of her dancers is featured paying tribute to Michael Jackson which is kind of awesome, and another female dancer is seen paying homage to M from her “Open Your Heart” video… Oh, and Paul Oakenfold showing off his little dance moves is pretty fun too.
Check out “Celebration” version II and tell me what you think…
By the way… If you missed my first post about it, here is M’s new song “Revolver“. I love this single… It’s one of the most “current” sounding songs that she’s done in a long time!

Here’s a little 30 second clip that I do like… And not just because it’s Madonna. It actually sounds good. When I first heard that the 2nd single off of Madonna’s greatest hits package was a track called “Revolver” featuring Lil Wayne… I cringed with horror. Then when the demo version with some female singing Madonna’s part leaked online… I threw my Immaculate Collection CD at my computer. Now that a 30 second clip of Madonna’s album version has hit the Internet, I have to admit that I REALLY like it! I think this would have been a better first single than “Celebration” actually. It sounds… Dare I say it??…. It sounds like Britney… In a good way!! Hey, at least it sounds catchy and more importantly “current”. Listen to the clip here;
Check out the image that has Madonna fans buzzin’ like a bee hive!! This is an image of Madonna’s daughter Lourdes dressed in the “Like a Virgin” bride outfit that her mom immortalized back in the 80’s. This still is actually a scene from the second version of Madonna’s new video for her latest single “Celebration” that is still unreleased. Can’t wait to see it!!!
Mom and daughter have been spending a lot of time together these days. Here’s a clip of Lourdes joining mommy on stage during her Sticky & Sweet Tour performance of “Give it to Me” in Israel the other night. Hmmm… Appearances in moms new video & on stage during her concert. Could M be setting the stage for the next chapter in the Cinccone music legacy???
UPDATE: Apparently Madonna really got her daughter involved in her concert lastnite! Check out this footage of Lola rehearsing “Give It To Me” with dancers… Playing piano during “Devil Wouldn’t Recognize You” on stage… Then performing “Give It To Me” with mom during the show! I’m telling you… This is the beginning of Lola’s career as the princess of pop!
