2012 is starting off with a bang now that news has surfaced that two of my favorite pop veterans may very likely share the stage together this year!! Pop princess Kylie Minogue and queen of pop Madonna are reportedly going to sing together for the first time to mark Kylie’s 25th anniversary in music!!! British television station ITV are reportedly planning a star-studded special to honor Mizz Minogue and her acclaimed music career in which the big ‘M‘ will share the stage with the “Love At First Sight” singer for a explosive grande finale. This will be a huge event for fans of Madonna and Kylie’s since the two woman have vocalized their admiration for one another over the years but their musical paths have never crossed. No confirmation just yet about the duet from either camp, but I’m praying it pans out to be true very soon… If we “should be so lucky” enough, a monumental event like this might even lead to a trip into the studio together for Madonna’s forthcoming album. Fingers crossed…
