Last week rumors surfaced that the producers of American Idol were currently in talks with Paula Abdul to rehire the former judge for next season. But according to The New York Times… These rumors turned out to be completely false. The Times recently interviewed Idol executive producer Cecile Frot-Coutaz and asked him if they were in fact wooing Mrs. Abdul… His response;
“There’s no truth to that rumor.”
Looks like Paula remains unemployed at the moment but hopefully she’ll get the gig on X-Factor with Simon Cowell next season.
