Nicole Scherzinger may be the front-woman of the Pussycat Dolls but she’s not the only member from the group with some serious pipes. Band-mate, Melody Thornton, can hold her own when it comes to the powerhouse vocals. What’s sad is that Nicole has pretty much become the “face” of the group and the other girls (including Melody) have seemingly been pushed to the background as Nicole’s backup dancers. Well, we will be hearing a lot more from Melody in the near future according to this red-carpet interveiw with the “Doll” at the BET Awards after party in Los Angeles. A very sexy, 30′s inspired Melody confirms a solo album but doesn’t get too much into it! Who knows, maybe Melody can finally find her way free from Nicole’s shadow and become a house-hold name on her own.

HA!! I told you!! Melody is the one with the best voice in that group… BUT… but she sounds too much like Christina Aguilera! Maybe that’s why they’ve been waiting… now it’s perfect timing since Christina is not so much in the spotlight… Oh man, but that fucking outfit Melody is wearing in the 1st video clip! I thought it was an ugly drag queen! Grrrr… strike one!
